Roger Foulks is a graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. in Economics & Education, and also the University of Illinois with a M.B.A. in Marketing.  After spending 20 years with Eli Lilly and Company, he and Pamela formed their own company, Achievements UnLimited Marketing & Promotions in 1994.  Achievements UnLimited Financial Services and Achievements UnLimited Health & Nutrition were divisions added to their company in 2005.

Pamela Foulks has a retail background in the Salon business for over 20 years, and a Marketing Research background with Mid-America Marketing Research.

They have three daughters: Rhonda (who owns her own business on Anna Maria Island), Cassandra (who is a Psychology graduate and a counselor with the families of altistic children in Indianapolis) and Victoria Paige (a Senior in Journalism and Communications) at Ball State University, and two granddaughters: Lindsay (a freshman in Engineering at Purdue University) and Holly (a freshman at Manatee High School).
